Place is under construction. But the food was fine. I hear a lot of people compare this place to Popeyes but in my opinion, I'll take Popeyes spicy chicken over this place any day.

This was my first trip to Bojangles. I have had their chicken but I haven't been there on my own. I went through the drive through because I needed to eat in the go. There was a sign on the speaker of the menu board that said "speaker broken. Order at the window" When I got to the window the guy came to the window. He was very nice and helpful. I couldn't help noticing that he was about to take my money with his gloves on. I was about to say something when his boss noticed too and told him take off the gloves. The biscuit (the reason I went) did not disappoint. The chicken was good. The seasoning was great but the grease was literally dripping off the chicken went I bit into it. I got mac and cheese with it. That was extremely bland. I think I will just stick to the biscuits.

Nice to find this southern style Cajun chicken chain around here in Maryland. Stopped here for breakfast to have chicken, ham and gravy biscuits. The chicken and ham were dry but still okay to eat. The gravy is good with everything because it is peppery and adds a lot of flavor and moisture. Biscuits were nice and fluffy. Potato rounds were fresh and crisp with a good taste, like maybe some onion mixed in. There was a lot of salt in everything though. Overall the food is what I'd expect from a fast food joint. Besides that the place was clean and service was good. It's not sit down home cooking, but I would eat here again for a quick breakfast if in the area just to have something different than the usual fast food fare around here.

I've been here too many times to count. The food has always been hot and fresh, with crispy chicken and soft biscuits. The service is usually pretty good. My only negative experiences have involved waiting for my chicken in the drive-thu. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, having to wait for hot and fresh food, but when asked to pull your car into a parking space, you want the staff to remember that you're waiting. We've been forgotten at least twice, with the staff admitting as much, and apologizing, when we had to go in and pick up our food.

Good. This is usually our after church spot to get a good breakfast biscuit. Bojangles is one of the few restaurants to still sell REAL sausage not some other stuff. I love their sausage biscuit. They haven't changed---years of eating at Jangles in SC still the same food. Good. Fries have to be hot. I wish they would bring back the cinnamon biscuits. That's all. No fluff--just good southern food.

I have only been in the morning about 6:30 on the way to work and the people working there are not in as much of a hurry as the customers are. In fact they are exactly the opposite of being in a hurry. The place is usually not all that clean at that time ( don't they do a clean down before closing ? ) Food is pretty good and sometimes sucks me back in to this nightmare

I'm driving down a lonely stretch of road in MD and what do i spot?!? My favorite chicken joint. I thought my days of spicy and perfectly fried chicken were long gone when I moved back up north and here I was again. Bojangles is the best. Their chicken is always perfectly seasoned and juicy. Very consistent and I've been around to a few Bojangles. I always request their honey mustard sauce which goes so well with the skin. Top it off with their biscuits and 1/2 gallon of sweet tea and you are good to go! This restaurant has a very speedy drive thru and very nice staff :)

The chicken is great, the biscuits are great, the slaw is great, and (SURPRISE!) the macaroni & cheese is also great! (Who'd a' knew?) The service is very good and the staff are friendly. If only they served chocolate shakes...

Chicken and sides lives up to the quality of Bojanles but the biscuit was a disappointment. It tasted like it came from a different chain of restaurant that doesn't care much about biscuits. Other than that, the people are quick, the facility is clean, and the prices and options are good. For a state that doesn't have too many Bojangles, this one is a real treat.

Man oh man. One of the times I came here, the cashier opened the paper for my hash browns with the same hands she used to take money. Unsanitary. If you want bo'berry biscuits don't go when they first open because you'll get cold burnt biscuits made probably a day or so ago. There's no telling when fresh biscuits are actually made. But when they are made right they are oh so delicious hence my 2 star rating. I always get breakfast sandwiches too which aren't bad. Even if they're old at least sometimes they're warm?

Worst experience. Manager Taniecia is very rude. Talked back to customers. Doesn't know what good customer service is. I work in the restaurant industry and this is by far the worst experience I have had in an establishment. Kicked my friends and I out of the restaurants before we were done eating our meal because she wanted to go home. I paid for my meal and I didn't get the opportunity to finish it. Will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

Horrible service!!! Was asked three times to start my order over! Then got to the window and the order was still incorrect. Smoked sausage sandwich was old and I asked for a BBQ pork sandwich with no slaw and they just scrapped the slaw off the and gave it to me. The WORST customer service ever!!!

I had a chicken biscuit. The chicken was okay, but the biscuit was amazing! Service was friendly and good. The restaurant was clean.
